I had no idea that the home buying process could feel so smooth and seamless, but with Ashley and everyone on the Gardner Rogers Team, my husband and I felt like we had the most supportive team in our corner. We experienced the spring market with Ashley, and she helped us feel at ease against the competition and she was incredibly supportive through the whirlwind of emotions.
Ashley was an advocate for us through and through. She really listened to our needs and concerns. She would check in with us on each of those things to make sure we were completely satisfied when viewing a home. We also wanted our realtor to be knowledgeable enough to pinpoint potential issues in a home, and Ashley was great for that. In addition to everything else, Ashley was excellent with our whole family. It was so important to us that our realtor valued our kids’ role in the home buying process. Ashley would include our kids at every home we toured, asking them if they could envision themselves in the home, and we even trusted her with helping keep our youngest child away from the stairs.
